Eiling Chao - Principal
Eiling has lived in northern Virginia for over 30 years, spanning a long history of professional success before opening her own businesses. She started her insurance career in 2007 and has been growing her agency steadily since then, now representing over a dozen well-regarded carriers.
She has been an outspoken proponent for increasing the representation of women and Asian-Americans in business around the metropolitan DC area. From 2010 to 2014, she served as treasurer for the Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce of Virginia, where she is still an active board member, and continuously strives to serve the needs of Virginia's business community.
When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and hiking (in 2016, she traveled with the Tanzania Wilderness and Travel Medicine conference to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro!)
